The client’s existing PeopleSoft Finance Application was expiring from the support window and had to be upgraded to enjoy continued support from Oracle. Upgrading the client’s PeopleSoft FSCM 8.9 installation to the latest version and getting the application to the latest maintenance pack would solve some major issues faced by users when performing day-to-day activities.
